Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement explains terms that may apply to paid or premium access in Movibe. Membership features are intended to enhance local media workflows, utility access, and the overall private phone-first experience.

Membership Scope

Premium access may improve the same local functions shown in the app experience.

Media Workflow

Membership may support enhanced local video browsing, faster access to recent playback, richer queue handling, and a smoother offline music experience.

Tools and Focus

Membership may include improvements to Pomodoro, reminder, calendar, or productivity tools that sit beside the local media desk.

Private Local Use

Membership does not change the core privacy model: Movibe collects only User ID information, and local app data remains on the phone.

1. Eligibility

Membership is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older and who comply with the User Agreement.

2. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include premium local media organization, enhanced playback convenience, expanded customization, advanced utility behavior, or other app improvements made available from time to time.

3. Billing and Renewal

If Movibe offers paid membership through Google Play, billing, renewal, cancellation, trials, taxes, and refunds may be handled by Google Play according to Google's applicable rules and the purchase terms displayed at checkout.

4. Cancellation

Users may manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through Google Play settings. Uninstalling Movibe may not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play.

5. Changes to Benefits

We may adjust membership features to improve quality, respond to technical requirements, meet legal obligations, or align with store policies. Material changes will be reflected in the app or updated terms when required.

6. Local Data and Privacy

Membership does not require Movibe to collect local videos, music, files, reminders, calendar entries, search text, playback history, or tool activity. Movibe collects only User ID information.

7. No Transfer

Membership access is personal to the user and may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or used for unlawful purposes.
