1. Eligibility
Movibe is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 must not use Movibe.
2. App Functions
Movibe provides local video playback, offline music browsing, file access, media search, queue stacks, recently played content, Pomodoro focus sessions, calculator tools, calendar tools, and pinned reminders. The referenced screenshots show these functions as a unified mobile experience with top-level areas for Home, Videos, Music, Files, and Tools.
3. Local Content Responsibility
Users are responsible for the local videos, music, files, reminders, and other content they store or open on their phones. Users must have all rights, permissions, or lawful authority required to access and play such content.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must not use Movibe to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, bypass access controls, distribute harmful content, interfere with app operation, or misuse local files in a way that harms others.
5. No Cloud Media Storage
Movibe is designed for local phone use. It does not collect local videos, audio files, media names, watch history, reminders, calendar entries, or search text. Only User ID information is collected as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Google Play Download
Users may access Movibe through Google Play at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.movibekit.loveapp. Google Play may apply its own terms, policies, billing rules, and availability rules.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, improve, or discontinue parts of Movibe when necessary for product quality, security, compliance, or operational reasons.
8. Disclaimers
Movibe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every file type, or that every local file will play correctly on every device.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the app.
